This conference is geared for mature teens and anyone older. Our desire is for participants to be able to focus on God’s Word in all sessions, so we ask that you make other arrangements for children.

Childcare is not provided at the conference but during registration, parents can request a stipend to help relieve some of the childcare costs they may have to attend the conference.

Registration fees are refundable any time before February 14th, 2026. After that date, we are required to cover the ordered box lunches and are unable to provide a refund. If you can’t attend, you are still welcome to transfer your registration to a friend or family member.

Yes. This is a wonderful opportunity to serve our church family! Volunteers are needed as event hosts, food & drink, and maintenance. Our volunteers will receive free registration to attend the conference. You can apply to volunteer during registration or by emailing info@harmonybiblechurch.org.
