About EquipU

...to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ, until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ.
— Ephesians 4:12–13

At Harmony, our mission is to bring glory to God by being disciples that make disciples. EquipU strives to provide the knowledge and skills to grow toward “fullness of Christ” and better enable us to be Spirit-led disciples of Jesus Christ.

EquipU classes are typically 6-weeks in length, are gospel-centered, and offer Care (GriefShare and DivorceCare) and training in Biblical literacy, theology, and spiritual practices that will EquipU for a life of discipleship in learning, loving and living for Jesus.

Course Categories

CARE: Each Spring and Fall we offer GriefShare and DivorceCare courses because God comforts us in our affliction, so that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction with the comfort we received from Him (2 Cor. 1:3-4).

BIBLE: Knowing God’s story and where we fit into it is critical to being an effective disciple for Jesus Christ. These classes will improve our understanding of God’s story through the Old Testament and New Testament, and individual books of the Bible.

THEOLOGY: Our theology courses help us know what we believe and why, so that our growing knowledge of God leads to a deepening love for Him expressed in worship and a life on mission to make more disciples.

SPIRITUAL PRACTICES: Pray, Send Go! In these courses you will learn more about sending and being sent to make disciples of Jesus Christ.
